School Supplies Fire Relief Drive

The Little Sunshine Foundation, in partnership with Pasadena Councilmember Tyron Hampton, collected new school supplies and backpacks immediately at their Glendora location and online wishlist. The foundation adopted schools in the Altadena and Pasadena Unified School Districts that were impacted by the fires, to provide students from kindergarten through eighth grade with new school supplies.
The initiative comes at a critical time as affected students in the Altadena and Pasadena Unified School Districts struggle to continue their education in the aftermath of the devastating fires. Many families have lost not only their homes but also essential educational materials needed for their children's academic success. This initiative builds on the Little Sunshine Foundation's track record of community service in youth literacy and sports programs.
Every child deserves the tools they need to succeed in school, especially during times of crisis. We're committed to ensuring that these students can continue their education without interruption despite the challenges they're facing.
